Intellectual Property
All content, code, algorithms, interfaces and designs appearing on the Automation4MI platform are the company's exclusive property and are protected under international copyright laws.
The user receives a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the system in accordance with the service package purchased. No part of the system may be copied, reverse engineered, or distributed without explicit written approval.
Limitation of Liability
The automation and AI services are provided "As-Is". Although we strive for maximum accuracy, Automation4MI does not guarantee specific results or the complete absence of errors in data processing.
The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or reputation.
User Conduct
Fair Use
Use of the system for lawful purposes only. It is strictly prohibited to use automations to create spam, commit fraud, or harm digital infrastructure.
Account Security
The user is solely responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for any action performed under their account.
