Repurposing — One Piece, Many Formats

Why create 10 pieces of content when you can create one excellent piece and turn it into 10? The secret of productive creators — now many times easier with AI.

Why repurposing

Creating quality content takes effort. The common mistake: pour everything into one article, publish it once, and start from scratch. Repurposing is the opposite — take one strong piece of content and "squeeze" ten pieces out of it for different platforms. Same idea, same research — 10× the reach.

The insight

Different people consume on different platforms. Repurposing reaches all of them from the same work — instead of hoping everyone sees the original article.

The pillar model (anchor content)

The idea: create one big, in-depth anchor piece, and derive spin-offs from it:

  1. Create the anchor: an in-depth article, a long video, or a podcast episode. This is your source of truth.
  2. Extract points: every insight/section in the anchor = a seed for a separate piece.
  3. Adapt per platform: the same point, in each network's format and tone.
  4. Spread over time: don't publish everything in one day — spread it across weeks.

Format map — from one article

From a single blog article you can easily generate, with AI:

With a ready-made prompt ("turn this article into 5 tweets...") it takes minutes instead of hours.

Automation — do it hands-free

You can make the whole process automatic: an article comes in → AI generates all the spin-offs → they're saved/scheduled for publishing. That's exactly what the Content Repurpose Blueprint (Make.com) does — free to download — or a workflow in n8n/Make.
